Butterfly Effect

Yes I know the film is old, but I have just managed to watch it recently for the first time ^_^;;

'It has been said that something as small as the flutter of a butterfly's wing can ultimately cause a typhoon half way around the world.'

But how does this link in with the film?? There seems to be a gap missing and I cannot see the parallel association. Is it the interpretation of the chaos theory in the 4th dimension? Such that if one human being interfere with a minute factor of its life he can actually alter the grand history.

Very interesting film. When time is brought into the equation, it's always interesting. Or so I think.

Riven

Such an addictive game. You are placed in a world full of symbols and codes that seem so unrelated, yet as you piece together the clues a delicate order appears within the havoc and mayhem.

I have been playing the game for 2 consecutive days and over the past 3 years now, in order to quentch (the occasional) thirst and itch to be Robert Langdon myself.

Haha~~but part of the reason why it takes so long for me to play the game is because I get too freaked out by the people who dress in white and appear out of nowhere in the game. Can't go to sleep at night, especially now I live on my own =_=;; So it was all good that Wei came to stay, allowing me to progress that little bit more with the game ^_^v Thanx honey~~

Cadbury's World

My blog is turning more into a succession of pictures. But a picture equals a thousand words and also it's more practical for my 'readers' from Japan and Taiwan.

After having another unsuccessful travel journey (as always -_-;;) we arrived at Cadbury's World. The smell of strong choco cannot be more welcome out of factory exhaust pipes!! I think i may have put on a few pounds just standing stationary behind a pipe inhaling it's fumes! (somebody tell me, is there enery in chocolate flavoured air??!?)

So the two big kids wei and annie really enjoyed their day out~~tasting, seeing, touching chocolate for an entire afternoon. I've actually learnt some random facts too, do you know it is the Mayans who first started using chocolate?? or that the Cadbury brothers initially sold tea instead of chocolate??

wei: queen of choco ^_^ apparently she can finish this whole bar in one day...respect.

Cadbury's Bunny: Happy Easter Everyone~~

soooo much free chocolate on the return journey ^_^v~~

Day out in London

Busaba Ethai: Really nice Thai restaurant~the rice is especially cooked/scented with coconut ^_^ the dishes are nicely presented ^o^

Barbie Cake: Some of you must have seen this.

Da Vinci: Infront of the National Gallery. It's absoluted amazing street art by this guy...but it would have been washed away by the late afternoon rain T_T such a pity...

Trafalgar Square: My achievement of the day!! All the girls there had the help of their boyfriend(s) to get up..it's actually quite high, cos weren't designed for tourist climbing! But I managed to get up there on my own after a huge struggle. (It's not really my fault, my jeans were tight after the meal..but then i just had to get up, otherwise i had a whole crowd laughing behind me).

Murder Mystery

My first thai bites!! It's quite easy to make actually, but I think somehow they were really oily..maybe i need to cover the toast with more egg...

So, the stage opens with a celebrated assortement of people who have been invited to dine at 74 Cherry Hinton, a 4-bedroomed mansion belonging to billionaire Fu Manchuria. Unfortunately, the host won't be attending dinner this evening. Or any other evening. He's been murdered in his own dressing-room, tied to a chair and stabbed through the heart with a chopstick (eeek). One of us is the murderer, can you tell who has the most sly smile in the picture?! =P
