New Year Resolution Revised

This was one of my many 'improve lifestyle' new year resolutions:
-when at home eat a bowl of cereal for brunch and pot of yoghurt for supper.

As expected, that went to shreds, and as a result I've gained 5kg since my return from japan T_T

seeking radical improvement, I've decided to join gym. This is the wonderfully packed schedule:
monday: 5-6pm street beat, 6-8pm gym, 8-9pm street jazz
tues: 9-10am aerobics, 10-11am swimming
wed: 830-930pm salsa
thurs: 1015-1115am water workout, 1115-1pm swim/gym/sauna, 1-2pm pilates
fri: 9-10am aerobics
sat: 11-12am reebok deck
sun: DAY OF REST. Literally.

so far, I've kept up the good work for two consecutive days :D:D:D and I have aching butt and leg muscle, 3 blisters on my foot, my arms and head feels slightly detached from the rest of my body.

But it's great really~~^_^;; so she says...we see how long this one lasts...
